You could apply a preload to the pencils using rubber bands.  Or, a spring around the pencil.  It would work better along with a stopper so it wasn't always down.

Do you have g-code for this project??

No, I think g-code depends so much on material and cutter that it is not worth storing. But I made it with MakerCAM, should be easy enough to generate your own.
